Someone on the LP blog cracked the code. It's

    Spoiler Below
    nelsonification

Don't know what that means and the PDF is *wild*.

You can click on "what's the good word?" on the page leading to the questionnaire and it takes you to a section of that story. I'm looking for a connection...

EDIT: Nevermind. I just realised I'm pretty far behind. Damn. I thought I was really clever for a minute there.

EDIT II (The Edit Strikes Back): Googled the questionnaire, came up with this. It's by Carter the Unstoppable Sex Machine, see here.

"What's the good word" is in the narritive of that link and Nelsonification is the word given there.

    Edit:

the pdf asks you to fill it in and send it with a non refundable $1 processing fee! Sounds like a rip off to me and i'm happy to accept this as fake!

These sites are both redirected from darmawantsyou.com (no h)

    Seems fishy to me.

Yeah, didn't that site first pop up when Dharma wants you started? He was using it as a plug for his book I believe. It's now been updated to include the "Shadow of the statue stuff"

Oh and the PO Box that the questionaire provides is apprently for a Boiler company in Lewisville Texas!

Where did the links to these sites come from originally? Is it even connected to the whole Simeon Hobbes thing?

Yeah, pretty sure this connection is bogus. Looked at LBDG's Twitter feed. Doesn't seem to be a part of anything. Oh, well. Still something to look at for a while. And that PDF is totally hilarious.

Read into that what you will.

Here's some background on John Titor from Wikipedia.

And here is the wikipedia link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Titor
Yes! I knew I recognized that logo from somewhere!
I don't think the novel or the survey are connected to this, though. Just someone shamelessly plugging through the ARG.

For the record, it's either a very strange coincidence that the PDF survey ends with "Await Further Instructions", or it's proof that the ARG is a hoax. What do you guys think?
