Default Are there any non-wiki features you'd like to see on the site?

Embedding online videos from YouTube, Google et al?
Streaming some of the unofficial podcasts via wiki pages?
    A Lostpedia podcast maybe?

You tell us. What non-typical wiki features would you like to see Lostpedia branch into?

I think a Lost search engine would make a great addition to this site. The wiki does a great job of bringing together summary information from a lot of different places, but it would be nice if users had a way to do an exhaustive search across all Lost sites (e.g. if I wanted to search for all references to "polar bears" in the transcripts, or forum posts about non-metallic metals, or all blog posts about sweaty kate).

As I posted in the Main Forum, I've created a Google Custom Search Engine that searches several dozen Lost sites. I did this mainly as a test, but I can help you set up your own Custom Search Engine (and get a share of the ad revenue) and embed it in this site. I can also give you the list of sites that I've put together, so you can start from there.

Let me know if you're interested, or just check out:

I added a google sitesearch to the next version of the lostbook skin, but it's still a beta skin that is not the default for the site.

Feature articles authored by our editors.

For example we could probably score interviews with some of our connections. Or we can write a great article on interesting trivia, with our expertise.

These don't necessarily have to be with the blog area, although they can be.
do you even watch the show?
