Smoke Monster 'appears' on new X-Files
was catching up on new X-Files, the one i watched last night, which was new a couple weeks back, 100% used direct-from-LOST Smoke Monster SFX. you can distinctly hear that really low growl, that weird undulating 'purr', and the cash-register/tape-machine tikka tikka scanning sounds. there was even some 'yellow smoke'!
in other words, i'm really reaching for something LOST related to post, haha.

Haha, I'm currently going through the X Files on bluray and a few weeks ago watched an ep with Terry O'Quinn. I just love his presence on anything I see him in and just think how much I'd love a John Locke spin-off of any kind. One can dream!
Yea he was in an episode AND the first Fight The Future X-Files movie too, iirc.

Yeah he was and I believe another ep during a later season. Plus a main role on MillenniuM.
